Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days we are unable to accept exchange requests.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

• Cosmetics and fragrances once opened or used.
• Items marked “Sale” or “Clearance”.
• Custom-stitched or made-to-order items.
• Items returned without tags or in damaged condition.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video is very helpful). We will replace it at no extra cost.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Message or call us on WhatsApp at 0317 4960742.
2. Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. Our team will guide you on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

For exchanges due to a change of mind or size, the customer covers the return delivery cost. If the exchange is due to our error, we cover the shipping.

Refunds

As a general rule we offer exchange or store credit rather than cash refunds. Where a refund is approved, Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are usually processed within 3–5 working days.
